Log in on the POTA site. Upper right, your ID, My Stats. That page has two exports. Activator stats, export CSV. Hunter stats, the other CSV. He clicks the activator export and the browser asks to overwrite a file he already has. He says yes. The hunter file comes down with a 1 added to the name. He saw it.
Back on POTATrip, he picks the activator file and hits upload activator parks. It succeeds. Hunter file, upload hunter parks. That succeeds too. He says you can do it whenever you want. If the numbers the site is holding do not match the lists you uploaded, you get an email that it is time to export again. Questions go to support, not to a guess at which file was which.
